The Coalition for Adult Beverage Alternatives (CABA) has prepared resources to help regulators, brands, distributors, and retailers better understand and educate their partners on the THC beverage market. CABA’s Code of Conduct
CABA’s recommendation for sensible regulation of the low dose THC beverage category, which can be used at the state and federal-levels for collaboration with regulators, advocacy and trade organizations, and industry partners.
All CABA members have approved of this regulatory framework.
