The Coalition for Adult Beverage Alternatives’ (CABA) mission is to establish a unified voice across key stakeholders in the hemp and alcohol industries allowing for the accessibility and commerce of hemp-derived THC (Delta-9) beverages through traditional retail locations.
Support of the Coalition for Adult Beverage Alternatives requires alignment with the code of conduct, the foundation for what the coalition will be representing and advocating for with their lobbying efforts.
By becoming a supporting member of the Coalition of Adult Beverage Alternatives, you are supporting aggressive federal lobbying efforts to establish sensible regulation for cannabis beverages.
Note: 100% of membership dues collected are used for operating and lobbying expenses of the Coalition.
Membership Tiers
100% of membership dues are allocated to operating and lobbying expenses of the Coalition. Excess donations will be allocated to the support of identified champions on Capitol Hill, category education and/or awareness campaigns, or other initiatives to support the federal initiatives of the coalition, as determined by the Board. Membership will be notified of any supplemental initiatives the Board approves on behalf of the Coalition.
Board seats are NOT paid, but any paid member may participate in sub-committees and is eligible for nomination by an existing Board Member to take an available seat. Sub-committees will be led by Board Members.

- Revenue up to $2M $250/month
- Revenue between $2 – $5M $500/month
- Revenue between $5 – $10M $1,000/month
- Revenue between $10 – $20M $2,000/month
- Revenue over $20M $5,000/month
- Retailer Membership (Voting)
- Revenue up to $5M $250/month
- Revenue between $5 – $10M $500/month
- Revenue between $10 – $20M $1,000/month
- Revenue over $20M $2,000/month
- Associate Memberships (Non-Voting)
- Revenue up to $1MM $500/year
- Revenue between $1MM – $2MM $2,000/year
- Hemp Farmer Membership $50/year
- External Industry Membership $250/month
